Major League Baseball Player. Nicked named "Slim", he was a 6'2" right handed pitcher making his debut for the New York Yankees on September 9, 1910. In 12 seasons, he played with the Yankees 1910 to 1918, Boston Red Sox, 1919 and Cleveland Indians 1920 to 1921. He ended his career with 133 wins, 120 loss, 21 shutouts, 9, saves, 1006 strikeouts and a 3.22 earned run average. (bio by: John "J-Cat" Griffith)
