Thomas R. McManus, 44 years of age, agent of the United States Secret Service Department in San Antonio died suddenly at 4:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at his home, 547 Goliad Street. He had been ill recently, but had recovered sufficiently to go to his office. Apparently he was feeling well Wednesday, but, after returning home in the afternoon he complained of feeling badly, and died a few minutes later, before medical help arrived.
