LT. DAVID ALBRECHT IS MISSING IN ACTION

Lt. David Albrecht, a pilot in the Army Air Corps has been reported as missing in action over Germany since September 28.

His brother, Lewis, Jr., who was at last word stationed in France, has not been heard from in several weeks. Sons of Rev. and Mrs. Lewis Albrecht of Scribner, Nebr., formerly of Cortland, they both attended Doane College, Crete.

He had enlisted in the Army Air Forces. Served during World War II. He had the rank of First Lieutenant. Occupation or specialty was Co-Pilot. Service number was O-767423. Served with 384th Bomber Group, Heavy, 544th Bomber Squadron.
