Matilda D/O Jane R Taylor McCasson. Married to Edward Lindsey Dorsey March 5 1860 Johnson Co. Indiana. They moved to Daviees County Veal Twp. known children. James M,Clara,George W,and 2 others unknown. The family farmed untill later years when they moved to Washington.

MRS. MATILDA DORSEY DIES FROM OLD AGE
Passed away at the home of her son, George Dorsey, on Axtell Street.
Death removed Mrs. Matilda Dorsey, who made her home with her son, George Dorsey, on Axtell Ave. General debility was the cause of her death. She was seventy-one years old. She had been bedfast for two weeks.
Mrs Dorsey was born June 26,1844 in Taylorsville, Warrick county. She was married to Edward Dorsey who died in 1903 and three children were born to them. The surviving children are George Dorsey, of this city, and Edward Dorsey of Ft. Morgan Colorado. Clara Dorsey, a daughter is dead.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 o'clock friday morning at Ebeneezer and burial will be made in the nearby cemetery.
