Mrs. Mary V. Gerwick, 83, of Seward, Nebraska, formerly of Harbine vicinity, died Saturday, June 1, 1974. Her husband, Charles Gerwick, preceded her in death in 1964. The couple had lived in the Harbine vicinity until 1948.
Survivors include three (3) sons, DeVere of Seward, Nebraska; Vern Gerwick of Louisville, KY; and Carl Gerwick of Overland Park, Kansas, three (3) brothers, George Novotny of Hanover, Kansas; Henry Novotny of Diller, Nebraska and Ernest Novotny of Diller, Nebraska, four (4) sisters, Mrs. Ann Bures of Odell, Nebraska, Mrs. Velora Armstrong of Fort Collins, Colorado; Mrs. Henrietta Brauch of Diller, Nebraska and Mrs. Elizabeth Fisher of Blue Springs, Nebraska and eight (8) grandchildren and one (1) great-grandchild..
