Elaine Kay Romick was born on January 14,1958 in Des Moines, Iowa to Charles Earl and Betty Anne (Smith) Romick. Elaine had the Measles, Thrush and Pneumonia and was in the hospital when she was 10 months old. We moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1962 with her family where she went to school. The family moved to Bremerton, Washington in 1975. Elaine graduated from East High in Bremerton in 1976. She met Eddie G. Carroll and got married on February 25, 1983. She had two step-children Holly and Jason Carroll. Elaine loved to play baseball and was a daredevil. She loved sky diving, she had over 100 jumps. She loved daisies and liked to collect frogs. She worked for Sear's for 23 years.
Elaine is survived by her husband Eddie G. Carroll; Mother Betty and Step-dad Doug Boustead of Bremerton,Washington; a sister Nancy (Mike)Schultz of Kennewick, Washington,three brothers: Ronald(Tracy)Romick of Houston,Texas;Bruce(Rosemary)Romick of Michigan and Brent(Samantha)Romick of Kennewick, Washington.
Elaine loved the Lord Jesus. She lost her battle to cancer on September 13,2000. She went to be with her blessed Saviour.

Dearest Elaine, wishing you were here to go to the sunrise service with Nancy and Mike and me. A beautiful day. Not a cloud in the sky. We are going to Chris and Alysa'a house for dinner. I love and miss you sweetheart. -
