John B. Judd
Was born in N. York, September 4, 1831, and departed this life March 24, 1922, aged 90 years, six months and twenty days.
He was united in marriage to Miss Agnes N. Miner, June 26, 1855. To this union were born two children, C. S. Judd, of Moorehead, Iowa, and Ida A. Wineland, of Avoca, Iowa. He united with the Christian church several years ago. He was a veteran of the civil war.
He leaves besides his two children, two grandchildren, three great grandchildren and an aged sister, several nieces and nephews with many friends to mourn their loss.
Mrs. Judd passed away March 9, just two weeks before Mr. Judd.
The funeral services were held at the first Congregational church, Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the First Congregational church.
The death of the father and mother so close together casts a deep gloom over the relatives as well as the community. The bereaved ones have the sympathy of all.
