Mrs. Wallace (Ethelyn) Skinner, 45, of Manhattan died Friday night at the Bozeman Deaconess Hospital.
She was born June 6, 1917, at Manhattan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Berninger. She attended grade and high school there and spent her entire lifetime in the Gallatin valley.
She married Wallace Skinner at Columbus on June 5, 1946.
Mrs. Skinner was a member of the Manhattan American Legion Auxiliary and the Jolly Neighbors.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a son, Ronnie, a daughter, Patricia; two brothers, William Berninger of Bozeman and Jack Berninger of Reno, Nev.; two sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Barker of Nevada, Iowa, and Mrs. Marilyn Reichmuth of Denton; an uncle, Bud Friday of Manhattan; an aunt in Iowa and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Dahl Chapel. Burial will be in the Meadowview Cemetery at Manhattan.
