Minor Cobus, 92, of Manhattan, died Sunday at the Bozeman Convalescent Center.
He was born November 4, 1890, in Goodland, Indiana, to Peter and Edith (DeYoung) Cobus. He had been married to Jennie Vanderwerff.
In the early 1950s, Cobus moved to Livingston and later to Manhattan to work for the Ideal Cement Company in Trident.
A veteran of World War II, he was a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include four nieces in Montana, Bertha Paul and Edith Smith, both of Helena, Lenora Wrench of Billings, and Erma Regan of Missoula; and numerous nieces and nephews in Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and California.
He was preceded in death by his wife.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Dokken-Nelson Sunset Chapel in Bozeman. Burial will be at Meadowview Cemetery in Manhattan.
