McMinnville resident and Cleveland, Ohio native Linda Chaffin Whaley, 56, died Feb. 5 at her home.
A medical records transcriptionist with River Park Hospital, she was preceded in death by her father, H.C. Chaffin.
She is survived by her husband, Pink Whaley; daughter, Amy Whaley of McMinnville; son, Paul Whaley of McMinnville; mother, Geraldine Chaffin of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Edna Chaffin of Sparta; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. today at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel with Billy Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service today at McMinnville Funeral Home.
