Her mother´s name was Johanna Maria Berg, her father is unknown. Her stepfather´s name was Sven Jakobsson.

Sigrid married sea captain Nils Petter Johansson Apr 27 1887, in Sweden. Sigrid's husband, Nils Johansson, died and was buried at sea.

She had 4 children by him, all born in Helsingborg Sweden.
Carl Ultimus Johansson, born Mar 20 1888, went to USA in 1905. Anna Margaretha Johansson, born Oct 10, 1891,
went USA in 1909. Judit Elisabeth Johansson, born Sep 11 1893. Sigurd Nikolaus Johansson, born Oct 31 1895, deaf-mute.

Sigrid herself went to the US in 1908 and married Niels Andersen in Nov 18 1909 in Utah. They had a son, Niels Daniel.

There is a double grave stone for her and her first husband where she is buried in the Salt Lake City Cemetery. Next to her on the other side is a grave stone for her second husband. Her third husband is buried in another cemetery , next to his wife, Maria Elisabeth Olsson Dahlquist. Both are buried in Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, Salt Lake City, Utah.
