Jeanne was the daughter of Bluford and Erda (Webster) Bailey. She worked many years as a machinist at Tinker Air Force Base and was of the Methodist faith.
Her parents and one granddaughter preceded Jeanne in death.
Survivors include, one son, Larry Heath of Shawnee, Oklahoma, two daughters, Holly Crothers of Choctaw, Oklahoma, Vicki Butler of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, two sisters, Patricia Syrles of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Barbara Howerton of Tulsa, Oklahoma, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
