Mrs. Nolan (Effie Richardson) Rogers, 73, died at 3:40 a.m. today in Shannon Hospital.
Services are pending at Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rogers was born April 4, 1901 in Brownwood. Her husband died in February 1973.
Survivors in clude two daughters, Mrs. Diane Starling of San Angelo and Mrs. Frances Noe of Fort Meade, Md.; two sons, Charles Ratliff of Brownwood and Lee W. Ratliff of Riverside, Calif.; two brothers, Raymond Richardson of Brownwood and Vick Richardson of Waco; four sisters, Mrs. C. C. Allen and Mrs. Carl England, both of Brownwood, Mrs. Hoyt Gilley of Goldsboro and Mrs. Willis Holder of Houston; 20 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
