Graveside services for Mrs. Mae Hicks will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, 2001, at Old Castor Cemetery in Castor. Services are under the direction of Norwood-Coffey-Leonard Funeral Home in Broken Bow, Okla.
Mrs. Hicks, a former resident of Bossier City, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 17, in Idabel, Okla. She lived in Idabel for 12 years, moving from Bossier City. She retired after working at Kroger Cafeterias for many years.
She was preceded in by her parents, John Hutson and Zenner Davis Hutson; and her husband Cecil L. Hicks Sr., in 1966.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Cecil and Chris Hicks of Broken Bow; one daughter and son-in-law Clara and Tommy Cage of Minden; one brother, Jack Hutson of Spring Hill, Fla.; one sister, Fannie Applegate; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
