GLENN E. "MOON" MULLINS, 80, of Fort Wayne, died on Thursday, April 12, 2012, at Englewood Health & Rehab. He was born on April 16, 1931, in Fort Wayne. He was a Army Korean War veteran; retired from Fort Wayne Transport; and was a musician. Surviving are his wife, Margot Mullins; two sons, Mark A. Mullins and Jeff D. Mullins; two daughters, Cheryl L. Mullins and Christine Mullins; two stepsons, Harald (Antonia) Blaettner and Norbert Blaettner; 14 grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister; and one brother. No service or visitation. Memorials to the Alzheimer's Association or the S.P.C.A.
