JACOB BLACKPORT
Jacob Blackport, a resident of the Grand Rapids area for more than 50 years and a retired furniture worker, died Tuesday at his home, 1280 56th St SW. He was 68 years old.
Surviving are his wife, Ada; two daughters, Mrs. Lawerence Kaat of Grand Rapids, and Mrs. Floyd S. Green of Ann Arbor; three sisters Mrs. Nellie Rozema and Mrs. Abe DeBruyn of Grand Rapids, and Mrs. Marinus VanderMaas of Goshen, Ind., three brothers, Peter and Marinus of Grand Rapids and Eli of Kalamazoo.
