He was the son of Commodore Frazier and Sallie Edith (Rains) Frazier. He attended schools at Grassy Lake, West Allison and Watsonville, California. He served in the U.S. Army and was in the Korean War. He retired from the Department of Corrections then worked a few years for the City of Atoka. He was presently a rancher and a business owner. Kenneth married Velma V. "Deana" French on Dec. 26, 1952 in Durant, Oklahoma. Deana survives him. Other survivors include daughters Judy Danderson, Lena Daniel, Gaylene Riley and Nadine McDaniel, brothers I. J. Frazier and Duane Frazier; eleven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Steven Fletcher; three brothers, Frank, Robert and James Frazier and a sister, Virginia Frazier. Services will be Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Bentley Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Magby officiating. Burial will be at Bentley Cemetery.
