Ralph F. Mowery, 76, of Manhattan, passed away Wednesday at the Billings Deaconess Hospital.
He was born October 30, 1902, in Great Falls, a son of Mr. and Mrs. William Ralph Mowery. He married Elma Goodwin on July 9, 1933, in Denver, Colorado.
He attended elementary and high schools at Great Falls and was a 1927 graduate of Montana State College. He taught school in Simms, and Glasgow and in Manhattan for 30 years.
He was a member of Manhattan Lodge No. 59, AF&AM, Order of Eastern Star 49, the Livingston Scottish Rite Temple and the Algeria Shrine.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Melvin (Pat) Brownlee, Vancouver, Washington; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a brother, Edwin Mowery, Seattle, Washington.
Funeral services were held Saturday at the Manhattan Presbyterian Church.
