Raymond James "Jim" Irvine, 62, of Manhattan passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2007.
Jim was born Nov. 28, 1944, in Bozeman, a son to Norman Joe and Blanche Mildred (Cooper) Irvine. He graduated from Manhattan High School.
He worked most of his life at the original Trident Cement Plant (Holcim) for 30 years and lived his life in the Dry Creek, Bozeman and Manhattan area.
He enjoyed drag racing, motocross and hot-rod cars. Jim was a member of the Car Guys Car Club and the Manhattan Town Council. He loved his basset hounds.
He married Maria Isabel Rabutin on July 9, 2006, in Big Sky.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his only sibling, Norma Jo.
Survivors include his wife, Maria; two children, Eric Irvine of Lubbock, Texas, and Valli (Anthony Brownlow) Irvine of Austin, Texas; step-children, Mike Gossell and Lejon Boudreaux; and grandchildren, Carson Cox and Calob Cox.
Jim was previously married to Shirley Deotsch and Deborah Ueland (children Eric and Valli).
A graveside service will be at Dry Creek Cemetery.
