[I don't have a source for marriage year of 1928 or for the birth place. Census records show she was born in Georgia. Parents were farming in Prattsburg District of Talbot County, Georgia, in 1900, and in the Hicks District of Macon County, Georgia, in 1910. In Upson County by 1918, when her father Sanford registered for World War I draft, and found there on censuses in 1920 and 1940.]
