MATTAWAMKEAG - Terrance D. Tilton, 64, passed away Mar 24, 2008, at his home. He was born Oct 19, 1943, in Mattawamkeag, the son of Elmer and Harriet (Speed) Tilton. Terry was a truck driver for Great Northern Paper Company all of his life. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by two daughters and two grandchildren; Lorna Tilton and her son, Zachary Pelkey of Mattawamkeag, and Tammi Tilton and her daughter, Jazmin Frenette of Bangor; a sister Judy Yost and her husband, Dick of Millinocket; nieces and nephews, Gina Nadeau and her children Rebecca and David, Rocky Odom and Jon Odom, all of Millinocket; two aunts, Laura Shedd of Mattawamkeag and Betty Lancaster of Enfield.
He was predeceased by his father Elmer Tilton and his mother, Harriet Carmody.
