Lester F. Dalrymple, 50-year F&AM member
Frenchtown ---Lester F. Dalrymple, 86, of Frenchtown, died Saturday, Nov. 5, In Warren Hospital.
He worked as a shift foreman for the Riegel Paper Co. for 48 years, retiring in 1971. Following his retirement, he worked for Ditschman Motor Co. in Frenchtown and Flemington for 10 years.
Born May 31, 1908, in Cherryville, he was a son of the late Irvin and Annie Compton Dalrymple.
He was a 50-year member of Orion Lodge 56 F&AM in Frenchtown and the Riegel Quarter Century Club.
He is survived by his wife, the former Reta E. Sipes; a son, Frederick T. of Springtown; a daughter, Barbara Lugg of Frenchtown; a sister, Viola Ciofalo of Easton; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Two sons, Thomas and David, died earlier.
There will be no services.
The W. E. Johnson Funeral Home, 41 Bridge St., Frenchtown, is handling arrangements. The family requests memorials to the Frenchtown Rescue Squad.
