Clint Arthur Adams, 16, of American Fork passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at Primary Children's Hospital as a result of heart failure. Clint was born February 19, 1992 in American Fork to David Rulon and Yvonne Pulham Adams.

Clint was a sophomore at American Fork High School. He enjoyed playing video games and learned to play the bassoon in the junior high band. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, and quad-riding with his family. He was an active member of the LDS Church and had recently been ordained to the office of Priest.

He is survived by his parents: six siblings: Kate Rivest, D J, Kyle, Matthew, Eli and Breanne. Grandparents, Mont and Betty Pulham and Kathryn Adams of Pleasant Grove and many loving extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Rulon.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 7, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the American Fork First Ward Chapel, 381 South 300 East, American Fork. Family and friends may call Sunday evening at the church from 6-8 p.m. and on Monday one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery under the direction of Olpin Family Mortuary, Pleasant Grove.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Primary Childrens Hospital in Clint's name.
