My Daddy was born on Nov. 19, 1920 in Greene County
He married my mom Margaret G(Peggy)Gilmore on October 19th 1946 in Whitney Point,NY.
Kenneth served his country in the Army during WWII in Germany where he was a truck driver.
At time of his death he was employed by Arute Construction company of New Britain Conn.
He was transferred about a month before his death to work at LeRoy. He had previously worked at Lotli for almost year and on the thruway near Waterloo the previous summer
Kenneth Fairchild, 31 of West Seneca Street Ovid died Friday evening October 31st from injuries he received in an automobile accident.
He is survived by his wife Margaret(Peggy)
3 daughters, Rosemary, Sandy and Gerre and one son Guy all of the home.
His mother and stepfather Mr and Mrs Walter Snow of Greene, NY
2 brothers,Ralph and Milton of Homer,NY
3 sisters,Mrs Ella McCombs of Smithfield Flats,NY

He was preceded in death by one brother Guy and his father Frank..
His funeral was held on Nov 4th 1952 in Ovid NY and he is buried in the OVID UNION CEMETERY Lot 90 - OVID SENECA COUNTY NY.
