The 1917-1918 Directory for Teller County, Colorado found George living in Independence as a trammer at the Blue Bird Mine. The 1920 census has George and wife Mabel living in Independence, Colorado and the 1930 census lists again George with wife Mabel this time living in Oakland, Alameda County, California. No children are mentioned in any document.
George passed away at St. Elisabeth's Hospital in Yakima at the age of 37.
