Was 1st Sgt.

Killed during the so called second battle of Corinth, October 3 or 4 1862. War records muster sheet advises "supposed to be dead, not seen since battle of Corinth" War Records also confirm and list him in Register of "Officers and Soldiers of the CSA that were killed in Battle, etc..
