Deora was a 20-year old psychology major at Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. She was in her junior year and planned to become a child psychologist. She coordinated college volunteers for a literacy program at a nearby elementary school. Deora, a name which means "tears" in Gallic, was fluent in French. She was returning home from visiting friends in New Jersey and Connecticut. She was the daughter of Deborah Borza and Derrill Bodley and had a half-sister, Murial. (Bio by: Melanie)
