Son of Leonard Davis and Lydia Verdie Moore Davis.

Husband of Alice Virginia Cleaver Davis.

Thomas, who resided at 131 North Washington Street, Milford, Delaware, served as a Private First Class with Company I, 133rd Infantry, 34th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

He enlisted in the Army on June 20, 1942 at Fort Dix, New Jersey. He was noted as being a Sales Clerk and as being Married.

He was "Killed In Action" in Tunisia. He had served with the Army for nine months at the time of his death and was awarded a Purple Heart.
