Glenn Biggerstaff TAYLORS -- Walter Glenn Biggerstaff, 59, of 955 E. Darby Road died Nov. 23, 1998. A native of Marion, N.C., he was the son of the late Jake Young and Stella Rose Worsham Biggerstaff. He was of the Baptist faith and was a construction superintendent with Palmetto TNR. Surviving are his wife, Joyce Whitmire Biggerstaff; two daughters, Lolita Lewallen of Greenville and Joetta Sipes of Travelers Rest; a son, Walter Biggerstaff of Taylors; two brothers, Archie Young Biggerstaff of Elkview, W.Va., and Norman Gary Biggerstaff of Lyman; three sisters, Wilma Jean Sutton of Forest City, N.C., Joyce Roberts of Piedmont and Virgie Turner of Rutherfordton, N.C.; and four grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Wood Mortuary. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Shepherd Memorial Park in Naples, N.C.
