She had 1 older half-sister, Mary Elizabeth Linton (1835–1857), who married Lafayette John McInnis, had 3 children and died before Angie was born. Angie's 2 older half-brothers are Elisha James Linton (b. 1833) and Louis Berry Pickett (1839–1908). Of her 5 other siblings, the 3 older children died young in 1862.
