Charles E. Gulley
Charles Edward Gulley, 77, Wasco, former Tulare resident, died Saturday in Fresno at the Veteran's Hospital.
A retired cattleman, he was a member of the cavalry in World War Iand a native of Bulls Gap, Tenn.
Graveside rites will be conductred In the Tulare Cemetery Wednesda at 2:30 with the Rev. Gourley of the First Methodest Church officiating. Goble Chapel is making arrangements.
Surviving are a daughter Mrs. W.D. (Audrey) Henry, Wasco; two brothers Hugh Gulley, Grover City, and Andy Gulley, Bulls Gap; four sisters, Mrs Lee Beebe, Escondido; Julia Gulley, Santa Rosa; Mrs Ora Whitaker Azusa, and Mrs Fanniy Lister, Knoxville, Tenn. and two Grandchildren.
He has been a member of the Bakersfield Eagles Lodge for 36 years, and lived in Tulare until 10 years ago. (obit added by Audrey DeCamp Hoffman)
