Miss May Fitzpatrick, 78, of Hampshire died there this morning. She was born May 16, 1870 in Hampshire, the daughter of James and Catherine Fitzpatrick. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic church.

Miss Fitzpatrick had raised a niece, Mrs. Kathryn Chamberlain, and three nephews, Joseph of Barrington and Edmund and Francis of Oak Park, from childhood, and they are her only survivors. At the time of death she was living with Mrs. Chamberlain.

Rosary will be recited at 8 Thursday evening at the Fredrick funeral home in Hampshire and services will be conducted there at 9 Friday morning and at St. Charles Borromeo church at 9:30. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
