Mrs. Ferrell SANER, 70, R.R. 2, Akron, died at 12:30 a.m. today at her home after a three-year illness. Born Jan. 6, 1906, in Miami county, she was the daughter of Ernest and Ethel CLEMANS SCHINDLER and had spent her life in the Macy and Akron communities.
Her marriage was Aug. 28, 1926, at Peru to Homer SANER, who survives. Mrs. Saner was a member of the Akron Church of God and WCTU.
Also surviving are five sons, Loyd, Roy and Charles [SANER], all of Akron; Robert [SANER], Rochester, and Fred [SANER], Silver Lake; sixteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one step-sister, Mrs. Luroy BICK, Rochester, and one step-brother, William SMITH, Rochester. Two sisters preceded in death.
Last rites will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Akron Church of God with the Rev. J. D. THOMASON officiating. Burial will be in the Silver Creek cemetery. Friends may call at the Sheetz funeral home in Akron after 2 p.m. Thursday and at the church an hour before the service.
