Walter "Kenneth" Bradley, 79 years of age, departed this life and entered into eternal peace on Sunday, September 14th, 2008.

He was born on June 7th, 1929, in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky; son of the late Walter P. Bradley and Delia Noe Bradley. Kenneth was a member of the Providence Church of Christ, his hobbies and interests include fox hunting, horseback riding, cattle, and farming.

Kenneth was survived by one brother, James Bradley of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky; one step brother, James (and Kathy) Rowe of Somerset, Kentucky; two sisters, Nancy (and Joseph) Brinegar of Somerset, Kentucky and Judy VanZant of McKee, Kentucky; a half sister, Louise Winkler of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky; two special cousins, Otis Noe and Nancy Trexler; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, friends, and neighbors who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Delia Bradley.

Visitations were held on Wednesday, September 17th, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in Brodhead, Kentucky and again on Thursday, September 18th from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Providence Church of Christ.

Funeral services were conducted on Thursday, September 18th, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Providence Church of Christ with Danny McKibben Officiating.

Burial followed in the Providence Cemetery.


If you could see me now you wouldn't shed a tear, Though you may not understand why I'm no longer there. Remember my spirit, that is the real me because I'm still very much alive, I've just been set free. Oh, if you could only see!

I have held our Father's face and I've touched my Savior's hand. All of Heaven's angels rejoiced as I entered the promised land. Beyond the gates of pearl I've walked on the golden streets.

I've touched the walls of jasper and dipped my foot in the crystal sea. The beauty is beyond words and nothing could compare, I've even seen our Lords mansion and someday I'll meet you there. Let Jesus be your guide because "His Word" will show you the way. So please don't cry because we will meet again someday.
