(source pg 960 "The History of Stark County" ed. Wm Henry Perrin) They had come from Somerset County, Pennsylvania; George is one of the 7 children.

There is a MEMORIAL MARKER in the Abilene Cemetery in Abilene, Dickinson County,Kansas, USA; Plot: Blk 24, Lot 13. His wife and son are buried there.
The Memorial Stone reads as follows:
Age 32 years, 11 months, 6 days at death.
No first name appears on footstone.--From Cemetery Records, his name was George W. King. He is buried in Ohio."
