|Birth: ||May 29, 1885|
|Death: ||Apr. 22, 1970|
The only known daughter of Charles Monroe Felts and Nancy A. Lee, a granddaughter of Nathaniel W Felts & Nancy Hammond and great granddaughter of Archibald Felts and Mary Weldon Baugh.
Her mother, nicknamed 'Nannie' died in 1892 when Ollie was seven, her younger brothers, David Lee and Carl were five and three. It's not known who helped raise the three young ones; but, their older brother's John, 19, James, 18, and Atlas 12, surely contributed a great deal to their care.
Ollie lived in the family home for 75 years and was the last family member to occupy the log house that Archibald built. Later in life, Miss Ollie explained how she came to own the house/property. She explained that "she had received it from her father, Charles Monroe Felts; he had gotten it from his father, Nathaniel Felts; and he had gotten it from his father, Archibald Felts"...Logan Journal
She and Carl remained in the family home together until 1960. Ollie married Elgan Hullett in 1961; and, ensured that the family home would be preserved. Her determination resulted in the house being donated and moved to the campus of Western Kentucky University, where it serves as a museum and teaching resource.
