David was a retired employee of Kentucky Utilities Company and a member of the Salt Lick Christian Church. Services were conducted Feb. 25 at the Salt Lick Christian Church with Rev. James Quisenberry officiating. Deacons of the Salt Lick Christian Church served as pallbearers. Powell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
