September 15, 1914 in Laclede county Missouri a Frisco train plunged in to a creek. Heavy rain for 2 days washed out a 200 foot section of the Frisco roadbed. 27 passengers drown and 93 were injured. Sarah and 2 of her children died in that wreck.
George and Sarah were married 33 years at the time of her death.
