Mrs. O'Guinn was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Wichita Falls.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William [sic] Leroy O'Guinn in 1991, her parents, R. B. and Beulah Rutledge, and a grandson, Jeffrey Sean O'Guinn in 1991.
Survivors include her son, James Michael O'Guinn of Wichita Falls, a grandson, James Patrick O'Guinn and wife Mirenda of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, a granddaughter, Julie Michelle Kaylor and husband Kenneth of Little Rock, Arkansas, and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the resident's fund at Denver Manor Nursing Home, 608 Denver Street, Wichita Falls, Texas, 76301.
The family would like to express their personal gratitude and thanks to the staff at Denver Manor Nursing Home for the loving care that was received.
