"She was born Patricia Faye Buford on August 8, 1937, in Coleman to John Irvin Buford and Gladys Marie Dixon Buford. She grew up in Coleman and graduated from Coleman High School. She attended Cisco Junior College and later graduated from Coleman School of Nursing in 1970 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
"Pat married Sealy Bryan on February 8, 1956, in Coleman and they celebrated 41 years of marriage. After the death of Sealy, Pat married Bobby Freeman in June of 2006. Pat worked at Holiday Hill Nursing Home and for Outreach Home Health Services. She is also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Coleman County Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary where she held the office of Vice-President for two years and a charter member of Community Baptist Church.
"Survivors include her husband, Bobby L. Freeman of Coleman; two daughters, Mary Ann Bowers and her husband, Mike, of Coleman, Sharon Walters and husband, Phillip, of Coleman; one son, Sealy Bryan, Jr. and his wife, Tamera, of Odessa; one brother, Bill Buford and wife, LaFaunda, of Odessa; three sisters-in-law, Maxine Poindexter of Lawn, Jane Smith of Santa Anna, Ludy Jane Bryan of Santa Anna; two brothers-in-law, Ray Bryan and wife, Anita, of Ballinger, Bill Griffin of Coleman; seven grandchildren, Elizabeth Bowers and Julie Ogle of Lewisville, Andrea and Tyler Golson of Coleman, Michael and Jessie Bowers of Coleman, Trey Bryan of Arlington, Autumn Bryan of Odessa, Keshia Walters and Michelle Walters of Coleman; great grandchildren, Kutter Cannon, Luke Ogle-Bowers, Trig Golson and several nieces and nephews.
"She was preceded in death by her first husband, Sealy Bryan on April 6, 1997; seven brothers and sisters, William Aubrey Buford, Myrtle (Sis) Milliken, Inez Bruns, Lucille Darossett, Henry Buford, Robert (Bob) Buford, Mary Alice Griffin and one great granddaughter, Hailey Golson.
