Romulus Sanders Folger was born in Guilford County, NC on 10 Nov 1840 and died in Dobson, Surry County on 28 Jul 1928.
He was married twice, 1st to Julia Gray in Yadkin County, NC on 8 Jan 1861 (she is buried at Rockford Baptist Church in Surry County), and 2nd to America C. Booker in Surry in 1887 (her burial unknown).
He was a son of Milton Young Folger and his 1st wife Elizabeth Pegram, both buried at Rockford Baptist Church.
