Carole Anne Butler, 59, formally of Louisville, died Wednesday in Manchester, Mo.
She was the former Carole Anne Jones.
Survivors: Sons David and Eric Butler, a daughter Sherri Hoff; brothers Jerry Joe, Jimmy and Tommy Jones; and three grandchildren.
Funeral: noon Tuesday, St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church, Bardstown Road and Lancashire Avenue. Burial: Resthaven Memorial. Visitation: Ratterman's, 3800 Bardstown Road, 6-9 p.m. Monday.
