By the 1950s, he was in supporting roles in many westerns such as "Gunfire"(1950), "My Outlaw Brother' (1951), "Seven Men from Now" (1956) and "The Last Mile" (1959). His many television credits include "Dragnet", "Sugar Foot", "Colt .45", "Lawman", "Bonanza" and "Little House on the Prairie". He died at age 68 in Hollywood, California.
