Mrs. Helena Nafziger, widow of Henry Nafziger, a former prominent farmer at Danvers, died at her home Thursday. She was 87 years old. She was born in Hessen Darmstadt, Germany, October 22, 1832, and in 1853 came to America with her parents and settled near Danvers. She married Henry Nafziger in 1855. Her husband died twenty-two years ago. Mrs. Nafziger leaves five children: John, Fred, Albert and Jacob and Mrs. Emma Habecker. She also leaves two brothers, John of Carlock, and Valentine of Lawrenceville. The funeral will be held at the Presbyterian church at Danvers Sunday afternoon at 2:30.
