T. H. was a Captain in Co A 4th TN Infantry CSA. He was wounded severely in the left foot at Murfreesboro, and taken prisoner. He is on a list of Ex-Confederate Veterans created at the Fulton Co. Courthouse April 19, 1886. He was born in Loudoun County, VA, son of John Francis & Alferna Maddox.
