Patrick served as a 1st Lt. and Navigator on A-26B (#43-22333), 569th Army Air Force Base Unit, 33rd Ferrying Group, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He resided in Essex County, New Jersey prior to the war.

Patrick enlisted in the Army Air Corps on March 13, 1942 in Newark, New Jersey. He was noted as being employed in a machine shop and also as Single, without dependents.

He was declared "Missing In Action" in the "Line Of Duty" during the war when his plane went down between Waller & Atkinson Field, Trinidad.
