AGED VETERAN PASSES AWAY AT PLYMOUTH
William Chaplin, Old Settler of County Dies Today
William Chapin, aged 78 years, an old settler and a pioneer resident of Sheboygan County, died at 6 o'clock this morning following an illness covering several months. Decedant was a veteran of the Civil war and a member of the GAR at Plymouth. He is survived by his wife and several sons and daughters. His wife was the daughter of Henry Wilson, son of the first settlers in Sheboygan County. Mr. Chaplin formerly was a farmer three miles southwest of Plymouth, having retired some time ago.
