Harry died of scarlet fever at the age of 10. His parents (John Eldon McKinley and Mary Louise Murray McKinley), one uncle (Franklin Charles McKinley) and his youngest sister (Edith Helen McKinley Buck) are buried in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, IA. His elder uncle (Charles Melvin McKinley) is buried in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Council Bluffs. His other younger sister (Orrel Irene McKinley Williams) died in Lehigh Acres Florida. In the photo, Harry is the boy at center. From left are Edith, Mary, Harry, John and Orrel. Photo taken most likely in 1909.
