Birth: Apr. 5, 1878
Lincoln County
Kentucky, USA
Death: Dec. 29, 1964
Hamilton County
Ohio, USA

She never said anything about having a middle name but in one of the census there is a middle name given. It is hard to read but it could be Jane or Jones. None of her children had middle names but it seems two of her sons liked the name George and added that as their middle names.
