Her given name is Antony or Antonie. Her family called her Tony. As an adult she went by Anna.
Sometime between 1915 and 1918, Karl and Anna moved their family from Barton County, Kansas to Colorado Springs because of their son William's asthma.
MRS. ANNA HELLER
ELLSWORTH- Mrs. Anna Heller, 85, died Wednesday afternoon at the Good Samaritan Home near here.
She was born June 13, 1876, in Vienna, Austria, and came to this country when she was two years old. Her home was in Colorado Springs until a year ago. She was a member of the Roman Catholic Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Anna Boldt and Mrs. Lena Sturn, Bushton, and Mrs. Clara Spears, Colorado Springs; a half-brother, Lou Kratzer, Hesperia, Colo.; a half-sister, Mrs. Fred Rolf, Lyons; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
The Rosary will be at 8pm Thursday at the Grubb Funeral Home, Ellsworth, and at 7:30 am Friday at the Law Funeral Home, Colorado Springs.
Funeral will be at 9 am Saturday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Colorado Springs, the Rev. J. Nicholas officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery, Colorado Springs.
